Curriculum Vitæ

I have been a staff scientist in Tautenburg since June 2023. I'm originally from Paris in France, where I got my PhD in late 2005. Then, I moved around for over 17 years, in Nice at Observatoire de la Côte d'Azur, Orsay at Institut d'Astrophysique Spatiale, Las Cruces at New Mexico State University, and Göttingen at Max Planck Institute for Solar System Research, before settling down in Thüringen!

Research Interests

I mostly have to distinct fields of research:

  • Stellar physics: oscillating stars in mutliple systems, surface magnetic fields of red giants.
  • Solar-system planets: atmospheric dynamics (so far Jupiter, Venus), seismology of the gas giants
