I am a Staff Astronomer at the Thüringer Landessternwarte, Tautenburg (TLS; State Observatory of Thuringia) and a Guest Researcher at the Max-Planck-Institut für Radioastronomie, Bonn. TLS is located in the Tautenburg forest in the Eastern part of Germany. My main research interest revolves around spectropolarimetry at radio wavelengths to study the cosmic evolution of turbulent magneto-ionic media in various astrophysical objects, such as, galaxies, galaxy clusters, CMB foregrounds, active galactic nuclei (AGN), etc. I also work on applying various techniques of radio polarimetry to hunt for imprints of different types of dark matter particles on astrophysical signals. I regularly use large radio telescope facilities like the Karl G. Jansky Very Large Array (JVLA) and the Very Long Baseline Array (VLBA) in the USA, the upgraded Giant Metrewave Radio Telescope (uGMRT) in India, the MeerKAT in South Africa, the LOw Frequency ARray (LOFAR) in the Netherlands and central Europe, and the Australian SKA Pathfinder (ASKAP) in Autralia for my research.
